DEVOTIONAL
Brethren, there is no invitation more glorious than the invitation to know God. Long before God called men to preach, lead nations, perform miracles, or fulfill divine assignments, He first called them into fellowship with Himself. From Genesis to Revelation, the heartbeat of God has remained the same, to dwell among His people and reveal Himself to those who seek Him wholeheartedly.
Yet, one of the greatest tragedies of our generation is that many believers have become familiar with the activities of Christianity while remaining strangers to the presence of Christ. We have become proficient in religious routines but often neglect the place where true transformation takes place-the secret place.
The secret place is not merely a physical location or a scheduled time of devotion. It is a posture of continual fellowship with God. It is where the noise of the world gives way to the whisper of the Holy Spirit. It is where our ambitions are surrendered, our hearts are purified, and our lives are aligned with heaven's purposes. Everything God desires to accomplish through us begins with what He first accomplishes within us.
Throughout this book, we will journey through the Scriptures to discover why intimacy with God is not an optional experience reserved for a select few but the inheritance of every believer. We will explore the reality of spiritual warfare, the wisdom hidden in God's presence, the necessity of prayer, and the transforming power of His glory. This journey is not about pursuing spiritual experiences for their own sake. It is about pursuing God Himself.
If our hearts remain fixed on Him, everything else He has ordained for our lives will unfold according to His perfect will. May this book stir within you a deeper longing for the One who has been calling you all along. His invitation still stands. Come up hither.

PRAY
Father, thank You for the greatest invitation of all: to know You and live in fellowship with You. Deliver me from settling for Christian activity without intimacy, and awaken in me a deeper hunger for Your presence. Teach me to seek You for who You are and to answer Your invitation wholeheartedly. In Jesus' name, Amen.
PRACTICE
Set aside 10-15 unhurried minutes today. Ask God to help you answer God's invitation to know Him more deeply. Write down one truth to carry and one concrete act of obedience.
